01.Source Control
Strict standards for raw material access
To fundamentally eliminate quality hazards, the company has established a strict mechanism for screening and inspecting raw materials. For core raw materials such as aluminum foil, electrolyte, and electrolytic paper, we only cooperate with top suppliers in the industry and conduct 100% testing on key indicators such as purity, conductivity, and temperature resistance of each batch of raw materials through more than 300 sets of precision testing equipment (such as spectrometers and electrochemical workstations). Only when all indicators are met can raw materials enter the production process, avoiding production rework caused by raw material problems from the source and building the first line of quality defense for efficient delivery.
02.Production Control
Refined supervision of the entire process
Process node control：During the operation of 150 production lines, multiple key quality inspection points are set up. From aluminum foil etching and oxidation, winding and assembly, to electrolyte injection and packaging molding, each process is equipped with professional quality inspection personnel, combined with automated testing equipment to monitor product parameters in real time (such as oxide film thickness and capacitance deviation), ensuring "zero deviation" in the production process, avoiding batch non conformities caused by process problems, and ensuring that production progress is pushed forward according to the delivery schedule.
Technical team escorts：A team of over 90 engineering technicians and quality management personnel is fully involved in production control, which not only enables rapid optimization of production processes (such as adjusting parameters for customized products), but also solves quality problems in real-time during production. For example, when customizing products with low ESR parameters, the technical team precisely controls the production temperature and time to meet customization requirements while ensuring stable quality and avoiding delays in delivery due to technical issues.
03.Finished Product Inspection
Comprehensive screening before leaving the factory
All products must undergo a dual inspection process of "full project testing+sampling re inspection" before leaving the factory. Conventional testing covers basic indicators such as appearance, capacitance value, leakage current, and withstand voltage value. Special products (such as automotive grade and medical grade customized models) also require additional environmental adaptability testing and reliability testing such as high temperature, low temperature, and vibration. Only when all testing items are qualified can the products be labeled and stored, ensuring that every batch of products sent to customers meets quality standards and eliminating the situation of "lowering inspection standards to meet delivery deadlines".
04.After-Sales Service Guarantee
Quick response to quality issues
Even after product delivery, the company maintains efficient after-sales quality response. If customers provide feedback on quality issues, a professional team will initiate a traceability investigation within 24 hours, quickly locate the problematic links (such as raw materials, processes, and testing) through a full process digital system, and provide solutions (such as returns and exchanges, technical debugging) within 48 hours.
